Does Astroluxx Require Cookies?

Astroluxx is owned by GNO515 Media LLC. GNO515 Media may chose to buy or sell assets at any time, including Astroluxx.com. Typically, user information is one of Astroluxx assets that may be transferred.

Astroluxx may release personal information if believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with a law; to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other policies; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Astroluxx, our employees, our users, or others. Astroluxx allows for the RSS syndication of all of its public content within the Astroluxx website. No user profile information is included in our RSS feeds.

Can I delete my information or my Astroluxx account?
You may change the information on your account settings or user profile information at any time by visiting your User Prfoile. You may request deletion of your Astroluxx account by e-mailing us at webmaster@astroluxx.com.
Is the Information I submit to Astroluxx Secure?
Your Astroluxx account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Only Astroluxx employees who need information to provide you with customer service and technical support to are granted access; our staff is kept up to date on or privacy and security practices. You can protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.
Children Under 18 Years of Age
You must be 13 years and older to register to use the Astroluxx website; we do not specifically collect information about children. If we learn that Astroluxx has collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 should ask and receive their parents' permission before using Astroluxx.

Astroluxx may chose to amend this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Use of information collected by Astroluxx.com is subject to the conditions specified in the privacy policy in effect at the time it is used.
